Application Information

Please Note: CREATE is interested in students from both two year and four year institutions. We have added a section for applicants in the process of transferring from one institution to another. Transferring to an institution other than GA Tech does not negatively affect an application.

The online form must be completed and submitted in one sitting. We recommend composing and proof readig all responses in advance.

CREATE will begin reviewing applications and making offers April 15, but will continue to accept and review applications submitted after that date. As the application deadline approaches, we will notify applicatants of the completeness of their applications.

Online Application The link to the right should send you to a form for which a login and password are NOT required. If you are directed to a login page, please contact us at jsk@gatech.edu & jessica.york@ gtsav.gatech.edu.	Please click here for the online application. The form must be completed and submitted in one sitting. We recommend composing and proof reading all responses in advance. In the application, users will be prompted for "Project Preference." Please list the professor's last name, followed by the project number. For example: Work, Civil#1. Users will also be prompted for: General information Contact information Current institution, major, and highest degree granted by institution in major Three long response questions Preference of available projects, and order of preference Skills (please note, preferred skills vary greatly by project) Interest in prospective summer activities Names and e-mail addresses of two recommenders

2 Recommendations	Please print two recommendation forms, and submit them to your recommendors with addressed and stamped envelopes.
