Program Information

The CREATE summer research program generally begins in early June and ends in early August. In addition to becoming active members of their research groups, students attend weekly seminars, tour local engineering facilities, and participate in professional development activities.

Students are housed in apartment style housing at nearby Armstrong Atlantic State University, conviently located near a mall, two movie theaters, and a variety of restaurants. Transportation to/from Armstrong to the GT Savannah campus can be provided, although if students can arrange carpools as a group, CREATE will supplement the subsistence allowance for all students.
