The Savannah area offers many housing options for students. While some students prefer to live in the historic downtown Savannah area, many prefer to live closer to the Georgia Tech Savannah campus. While on-campus housing is not available, we do have a preferred housing agreement with The Village at Rice Hope, just a few minutes from campus.
The Village at Rice Hope is a new apartment community opening in August 2008.Through our agreement, The Village at Rice Hope offers reduced lease rates to Georgia Tech students, faculty and staff.
